Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Services: All service fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered.
- Property Listings: We do not accept returns or refunds for property listings or related services once purchased or contracted.
- Requesting a Refund: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please submit a request within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or return, please follow these steps:

- Provide details of the transaction, including your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Our customer service team will assess your request and process it within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Services that have already been rendered or property deals that have been finalized.
- Listings or services that have been customized to your specific needs.
